BarcodeMaker Quick start guide

Here’s how to make a barcode:

1. Install the plug-ins. You'll get both BarcodeMaker and PatternMaker. The PatternMaker palette is where you create barcodes.
2. Launch InDesign and open a document
3. Select a frame. A frame must be selected to be able to apply a barcode.
4. Open the PatternMaker palette if it's not open already (Window > PatternMaker).
5. Choose a barcode or pattern from the palette’s popup menu and click the Apply Pattern button.

6. Now experiment with the various options in the palette. Each time you make a change, the pattern will update on the page.
