To Activate
Before you begin, make sure you’re logged in to your account.
Open the hamburger menu (☰).
Select Activate.
Enter the activation code you received after purchase.
Click Activate to unlock BarcodeMaker.
To Deactivate
Open the hamburger menu (☰).
Select Deactivate.
A confirmation popup will appear — click Yes to complete deactivation.
InDesign
To Activate
Start InDesign with the plug-in installed.
Go to Help > Activate Teacup Plug-in > Activate [your plug-in name].
Enter your License ID and click Activate automatically.
When prompted, enter your password and click OK.

A confirmation message will appear:
If activation was successful, you’re all set. You may need to restart InDesign once.
If it failed, take a screenshot of the error and send it to support.
To Deactivate
Start InDesign with the plug-in loaded.
Go to Help > Deactivate Teacup Plug-in > Deactivate [plug-in name].
Confirm when prompted. An internet connection is required.
You’ll see a message confirming that the plug-in has been deactivated.
You can now move the plug-in to another machine.
To Deactivate Online (Without Access to the Machine)
Go to the license management web page.

Enter your Customer ID and Password.
Note: This password is different from your activation password.
If you’ve forgotten it, click Forgot your password? and use the email from your order to reset it.
Once logged in, open Licenses and Activations.
Click your License ID number.
Select Manage Installations.
Find the machine whose activation you want to manage or inspect.
